Larry is also co-founder of the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN), serves on the State of Illinois Terrorism Task Force, and has been associated with the FEMA’S Emergency Management Institute as a Public Works subject matter expert since 1985. MPSI 2013 - September 15-20 APWA Michigan Chapter and the Michigan Public Service Institute Planning Committee invite you to attend the Twenty First Annual Michigan Public Service Institute (MPSI) to be held September 15 - September 20, 2013. Location: Comfort Inn Conference Center in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.
MPSI is a three-year training program that provides instruction expressly designed for public works supervisors, managers and directors. The MPSI course is divided into three one-week sessions (one week each year) focusing on training in public service and enhancing individual growth and professional development. The sessions are non-sequential and one may begin the three-year cycle at any time.
