Leadership in Changing Times. This Keynote address touches the hearts and minds of some of the most important people in our communities: leaders of Public Works employees. Mr. Hill discusses strategies for meeting the growing demands on the Public Works sector through leadership: operational changes; mobilizing community resources, and engaging staff.

In this life-changing session, attendees will learn a process for guaranteed personal change and improvement. Mr. Hill presents a model for implementing departmental change that is bottom up and proven to last.
